It is with great sadness that we can confirm a passenger travelling with us has tragically died while in the resort of Alpe d’Huez.
Emergency services were called at around midday on 5th January 2026 after the individual was discovered unresponsive in his room.
Local authorities are currently managing the situation, and we are on hand with our resort response team to support in any way possible, and to provide assistance to those affected.
Our thoughts and sincere sympathies are with the family and friends of the individual at this extremely difficult time.
