In Le Lac you’ll find a bustling locals vibe. It’s the hub for all of Tignes’ seasonnaires and there’s always something going on.

Le Lac offers a great range of lifts but if you did want to set off for a day’s shredding from Val Claret there are free buses which run regularly between the two towns. If you fancy a glorious run packed with side hits then head up the Palafour chairlift in Le Lac to find the snowboarders mecca (P4 for those in the know).

Run break down: 22 green / 61 blue / 46 red / 25 black

One of our favourite bars in the whole of Tignes is Loop Bar with the friendliest staff, live music from the Queens of the Snow Stage and delicious burgers making it the perfect après spot.

Located just next door is Tignes Cuisine, a seasonnaires favourite with the perfect antidote to all the cheese and bread you normally consume on a ski trip. These guys are killing it offering tasty noodles, burritos and bao buns to get your taste buds tingling!
